BLOW RETURN POLICY

All full-priced items can be returned for an Online Credit Note (e-gift card) within 14 days of receiving your parcel. (21 days for non European returns) 

Your return item must meet the following conditions: 

  • must be received within 14 days of receiving your order (21 days for non European zone) 
  • must be new and unworn with all original swing tags attached 
  • must not be marked as a Final Sale item on our website (this is in the product description and applies to all styles which are reduced to $30 and under)  
  • must not have make-up or fake tan marks 
  • must not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing power 

Please contact our Customer Service Representative at contact@blow.eu.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours, during our normal business hours.


When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection. Please provide tracking information in email of return/exchange request to contact@blow.eu.com. Save the shipping receipt for your records.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
